This is my favourite Indian sweet by miles. Rasmalai is a royal sweet often served in weddings and eaten on special occasions, made of Indian cottage Cheese Dumplings Soaked in Sweetened Thickened milk flavoured with cardamom topped with pistachio and almonds.
